What it fits

The workhorse of residential remodels.

The 10-yard holds roughly 90 standard 33-gallon trash bags, enough for a full kitchen or bath remodel, a complete roof tear-off, or an entire house cleanout. Its 2-ton weight allowance handles the heavy stuff that smaller containers can't.

  • Kitchen or bath remodel demolition
  • Full roof tear-off (asphalt shingle)
  • Whole-house cleanout
  • Drywall, lumber, framing debris
  • Furniture and large appliances
Doing a whole-house renovation or large commercial job? For whole-house remodels or heavy C&D material, look at our 25-Yard Roll-Off with 3-ton capacity. 25-Yard Roll-Off.

Common questions

10-Yard Lowboy FAQ.

Why is the 10-yard your most popular size?
It covers the sweet spot for residential work, big enough to handle a full remodel or roof tear-off, small enough to fit in a standard driveway without a permit. The 2-ton weight allowance also handles most mixed debris loads without overage.
Will a 10-yard fit in my driveway?
The 10-yard is 14 feet long and needs roughly 22 feet of straight clearance. We'll confirm the spot with you before delivery and place protective boards under every wheel.
Can I use a 10-yard for a full roof tear-off?
Absolutely, that's one of our most common use cases. An average asphalt shingle residential roof generates 1.5–2 tons of material, which lands right at the 10-yard's included weight.
How long is the rental period?
Flat-rate includes 7 days. Need more time? Just let us know before your scheduled pickup. A 14-day rental window is also available on request at booking.
What if I fill it faster than expected?
Call us, we'll come pick it up the same day in most areas and can drop a fresh one if you still have debris. Returning customers get a repeat-rental rate.
Is a permit required?
If the container sits entirely on your private property, no permit is needed. Placing it on a public street requires a temporary use permit from your city, call us first and we'll walk you through it.
