Everything is loaded and hauled away. We sweep up, give you a receipt, and you're done. We'll drop a donation at a local charity if the items qualify.

Trailer Load Pricing

12 ft Dump Trailer - approx. 10-12 cu yd

Simple, transparent pricing based on how much of the trailer gets filled. Final price confirmed by dispatch before we start, no surprises.

5/8 Load	$649	Living room set (couch, loveseat, coffee table), or a small shed and garage partial cleanup.
3/4 Load	$729	Full living room set plus dining table and chairs, or a larger garage cleanup.
7/8 Load	$809	Multiple rooms of furniture, several large appliances, or a near-full storage unit.
Full Load	$973	Full studio or 1-bedroom cleanout, fully packed garage, or large multi-room job.

Hot Tubs

4-Seater $559 • 6-Seater $659

Add $209 if the tub needs to be cut down for removal.
$199 electrical disconnect fee — not included by default. Simple if the tub is on the ground floor or outside.

Paint

$10 per gallon bucket

Priced per gallon can or bucket based on quantity on site. Includes latex, oil-based, and aerosol paint containers.

Pianos

Case-by-case basis

Generally declined due to high liability. Only considered when the piano is already outside and on ground level. Call dispatch to discuss before scheduling.

Dirt & Concrete

Ballpark pricing only

Never priced from photos — a pile of dirt or concrete is deceiving in a picture. Free on-site estimate within about 5–7 miles of North Hollywood. Beyond that, call dispatch to discuss before scheduling..

How does pricing work?▼

We quote based on truck space used, not by the piece or the hour. Our crew walks the job with you before starting, gives you a flat price, and we stick to it.

How fast can you come out?▼

Next business-day is available in most LA service areas. We also offer scheduled morning and afternoon windows.

Do I have to sort or bag anything?▼

Nope. Our crew does all the loading from wherever the items are - inside the house, upstairs, in the garage or back yard. You don't have to lift a finger or move anything to the curb.

What happens to my stuff?▼

We sort at our facility. Anything in good condition goes to local charities and donation centers. Metal and electronics are recycled. The rest goes to a licensed disposal facility. We try to keep as much out of the landfill as possible.

Can you remove appliances that are still connected?▼

Yes - our crews are trained to safely disconnect washers, dryers, refrigerators, and stoves. Just let us know when you book so we can bring the right tools.

Do you do commercial cleanouts?▼

Absolutely. Office cleanouts, retail buildouts, storage unit cleanouts - same process, same up-front pricing. Call dispatch for a custom quote on larger jobs.
