Is the 40-yard available for residential projects?▼

Yes, there's no restriction on residential use. The main consideration is driveway or street access. At 22 feet long, you need a clear run-in of at least 30 feet. We'll assess the drop spot before delivery.

Do I need a permit?▼

For private property, no permit is required. For street placement of a container this size, a city permit is almost always required. We handle permit logistics frequently and can advise based on your city.

What's the maximum weight?▼

4 tons of disposal is included in the flat rate. Overages are billed at $120/ton. For very heavy loads (all concrete, all soil), call us, we'll discuss load management to keep you in range.

Can I rent it for longer than 7 days?▼

Absolutely. A 14-day window is available at booking. Long-term rental rates are available for extended job sites, call dispatch.

How quickly can you deliver?▼

Same-day delivery is available in most of our LA County service area when ordered before 11am. For job sites with specific access windows, we can schedule a precise delivery time.
