25-Yard Lowside
For the Big Jobs

When the 10-yard isn't enough.

The 25-yard is the step up for jobs that go beyond residential scale, complete house renovations, commercial tenant build-outs, and heavy C&D debris that would overage a smaller container. Four tons of included weight means concrete, tile, and masonry are no problem.

  • Whole-house renovation debris
  • Full commercial cleanout
  • Concrete, asphalt, tile
  • Heavy C&D framing and drywall
  • Multi-room flooring removal

What it fits

Built for renovation-scale debris.

The 25-yard holds roughly 225 standard trash bags, enough to clear an entire house renovation, haul commercial C&D material, or remove heavy concrete and masonry in volume. The 3-ton weight limit is the key advantage over the 10-yard for concrete-heavy jobs.

  • Whole-house renovation debris
  • Full commercial cleanout
  • Concrete, asphalt, tile
  • Heavy C&D framing and drywall
  • Multi-room flooring removal

Common questions

25-Yard Lowside FAQ.

What's the difference between the 25-yard and 10-yard?
Mainly capacity and weight. The 25-yard holds 2.5x the volume and 2x the weight, critical when you're dealing with heavy materials like concrete, tile, or whole-house demo debris that would overage a 10-yard.
Do I need a permit for a 25-yard?
If it's on private property, no permit is required. For street placement, you'll need a temporary use permit from your city. We handle the logistics frequently, call us and we'll advise.
Can a 25-yard hold all concrete?
Our general guideline is no more than half-full with pure concrete. Mixed C&D loads with concrete components are fine up to the 3-ton limit. For large concrete-only jobs, call us to discuss load management.
How long is the rental?
7 days included in the flat rate.
Is same-day delivery available?
Yes, in most LA County service areas when ordered before 2pm. Call dispatch to confirm your ZIP, same-day is available for over 90% of our coverage area.
