How do I start service?▼

What if my pickup day falls on a holiday?▼
Most major holidays shift your pickup one day later that week. We notify all customers by text and email the week before any schedule change. No pickup is ever skipped - just shifted.
Can I get an extra cart?▼
Yes. Extra 96-gallon carts are available for an additional monthly fee. We can also swap you to a larger cart size if your household generates more than a standard bin each week. Call dispatch to adjust.
What day will my pickup be?▼
Pickup day is determined by your street's route. We'll confirm your specific day when you sign up. Most areas have Monday–Friday route coverage.
